Booking

My available session times are provided on the calendar on this website. If you need to book an appointment time outside of my availability, reach out to me via text or email and I will let you know if I can accommodate your request.

Cancellations and Lateness

Integrity being one of my core values, I ask that you are respectful of your commitment to your sessions and our professional relationship. When you book a session (whether is is a paid or complementary session), that time cannot be accessed or filled by another client. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time (unless due to illness) it is then too late to fill with another client; a late cancel or no-show session will be charged the full amount. If I have to cancel our session with less than 24 hours notice you will be refunded or offered a complimentary session for your time.

If you have cold or flu-like symptoms, please contact me as soon as you can. You can reschedule at no cost. If you are running late, let me know as soon as possible. Your session will just end at the scheduled time. If I have the availability, I can extend the session at a pro-rated amount.

Gratuity

I do accept gratuity, but it is never expected. Your generosity supports those in your community who need affordable care through sliding scale options.
