What if I have an appointment today and I feel sick?
Please let Tiffany know as soon as possible. Your appointment may need to be rescheduled at no additional cost if you have flu-like symptoms: fever, sore throat, coughing, stuffy/runny nose, headache, fatigue, etc. Wearing masks may be an option depending on your symptoms.
I’d really like to schedule a massage with you, but I’m not available during any of the times on your calendar. What can I do?
The scheduling calendar only displays regular business hours. Please contact Tiffany via text or email to schedule outside of these hours. Please include several potential dates and times you are available and she will work with you to schedule a session. What can I do if I cannot afford the price of a massage right now?
Tiffany believes everyone should have access to therapeutic touch and is able to see a few clients on a sliding scale basis each month. If you are unable to afford regular pricing, please reach out to her to determine an accessible rate for you. Gratuity is never an expectation.
How do I pay for a session?
If booking a session online, you pay through the website with a credit card. After you are an established client, you may pay in person with cash, check, or Venmo.
Can I purchase a gift card?
Yes, contact Tiffany via text or email if you wish to purchase a gift card.
